ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Integrated Case Management (ICM) provides tailored supports to ELC/SAC
service providers and to the wider ELC/SAC sector including
City/County Childcare Committees and National Voluntary Childcare
Organisations with a specific focus on financial sustainability,
governance supports and crisis management. The integrated Case
Management Service has now been enhanced by the development of a
governance support service. ICM will organize available expertise and
build capability to ensure an effective and sustained strengthening
and improvement of ELC/SAC service governance, leadership and
management is achieved.
Working as part of an administration team within the ICM Unit, the
Administrator is responsible for ensuring all administration systems
within the Unit are operating and reporting to the highest possible
standard. They will also liaise with colleagues on an
inter/intra-Directorate basis to ensure the efficient and effective
delivery of all activities with a clear emphasis on delivering a
service of excellence to internal and external stakeholders. As a core
member of the team, the Administrator will contribute to the
development, enhancement and implementation of business systems and
processes to support efficient and effective delivery of the Unit.
The Administrators? role is to provide administration support to the
Unit?s key areas of service delivery; the Governance Programme, the
Sustainability Funding process, the Case Management service, and the
management and administration of the City/County Childcare Committees
and Voluntary Childcare Organisations.
